Daniel Plettenberg
Managing Director
Daniel has worked for some of the best agencies in Germany, including: Naether Marktforschung, Basis Kontakt and Nordig Public Health Agency and is since 2002 the Managing Director of Evo Research & Consulting GmbH.
Daniel runs inter-disciplinary lectures in Psychology at several universities in Germany. He also lectures on Philosophy at Hamburg, Lüneburg and Kiel Universities.
Daniel is a man with many talents and had a vast array of occupations including theatre director, actor, stand up comedian, choreographer, TV show host and journalist.

Robert Bargel
Associated Research & Brand Consultant
After his university degree in Geo Science with focus on Statistics and Computer Science, Robert started his career in the eighties at GFM Polytechnic, Beiersdorf and DMB&B before becoming a freelancer in Market Research and Brand Consulting.
He has a particular expertise in Brand Strategy, Target Group Evaluation and New Product Development. Robert has been working for many years on qualitative and quantitative projects as well. His experience covers many different markets and brands either in the food or the non-food-industries - from the positioning of an internationally marketed beer brand to defining the diversification potential for an energy supplier to the assessment of a multi-media marketing mix for a big car manufacturer.
If Robert had to choose between playing a chess game or watching Monty Python he would struggle.

Gerald Falkenburg
Associated Research & Brand Consultant
Since Gerald finished his studies in Media & Communication he has a passion for communication: between people and brands. In the last 15 years he worked for some of the most renowned media and market research agencies before becoming a freelance research consultant. His focus is on brand and ad research.
He executed quant and qual research projects for the most different products, brands and markets. So he developed a whole new target group segmentation for one of the largest international manufacturer of commercial utility vehicles, he was responsible for the positioning and branding of an online portal or he developed a steering tool for the optimization of spendings in single or cross media campaigns.
Since 2008 Gerald is a member of the Evo team, where one of his key interest is to develop innovative approaches for online research.
If you’ll meet Gerald on his bike in or around Hamburg, he’ll either is training for his next triathlon or he is hunting for the perfect cappuccino!

Verena Schneider
Research Executive
Verena studied geography, political science and sociology in Hamburg and Bonn. For her diploma thesis she analysed socioeconomic change in St. Pauli, which also happens to be her favourite part of Hamburg.
Before joining evo she mainly did quantitative research on the real estate market, and one of her many exploits was to single handely set up a telephone research studio.
She loves the Mediterranean and The Simpsons.
